Within blocks to Yale University, Yale-New Haven Hospital, the Smilow Cancer Center, St. Raphael's Hospital and Downtown New Haven, the Traymore is an elegant art deco building. Hardwood floors, solid wood doors, beautiful interior, well-kept. I unexpectedly have to leave town and am looking for someone to take over the place with a new lease or to finish mine (through the end of next May).
