Hello! We're looking for one more female (preferably grad student) to move into our house! We already have three people that are graduate students at Sacred Heart University and one that is a doctorate student at Fairfield University. We're 5 minutes away from Sacred Heart, 15 minutes from University of Bridgeport and 15 minutes from Fairfield University. The house has a washer, dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher and an alarm system! We have plenty of storage with three large closets downstairs and a large crawlspace upstairs. We also have a large driveway that can fit 8 cars and a large fenced in backyard. Rent is $600 a month and utilities are never over $100 per month. Only furniture you need is bedroom furniture. You must be comfortable with a dog in the house. He's the biggest sweetheart, sleeps most of the day so you probably won't realize he's even home, doesn't ever bark, and is not aggressive.
