While the front door is your entrance to your unit, we share a mud room for the side entrance to the side yard which has your laundry machine. It has nice new floors and is freshly painted, new appliances. It is in an up and coming area 1.5 blocks from Regis University, easy interstate access to I-70 and I-25, shops, restaurant and brewery, and Rocky Mountain Lake Park. Also close to Tennyson and Highlands areas. I take care of the yard, sprinkler system, and split utilities. There is a side yard that is fenced in that you can use however you want (need to keep front yard free of clutter). Plenty available street parking on low traffic street.
I am a professional woman and will be doing some remodeling to my section of the house in the back over the next year - I will be around a lot so I prefer no partying. Small, respectful gatherings on occasion are fine. I am 420 friendly but no smoking or vaping or growing in the house as we share a ventilation system. If you store marijuana please do it in the fridge or a tightly sealed container. No Pets for this same reason. I accept Venmo, Cash or Check. Available August 1st.
