Applicant provides Blue Apple Property Management and Sales, Inc with a PTSR,
Blue Apple Property Management and Sales, Inc is prohibited from: a) charging
Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Blue Apple Property Management and Sales, Inc to access or use the PTSR.
