I have a sublet in a loft in North Boulder right across the street from the Celestial Seasonings Factory (so it smells like peppermint on many mornings, not even kidding). We are between 5-10 minute drive/bus ride from CU East Campus. The loft has added privacy courtesy of the current roommate but we have tons of storage (yes, even for out of state students such as myself) including a garage (with a gym inside) and plenty of kitchen space and living room space. You would be living with me and another Aerospace Engineering student, but going into our fifth and final year. Rent is $600 per month plus electric and wifi.
