It's in a great area, right next to Denver Health on Speer and Bannock with the following accomodations:
- Rent is $2345 for two people -- you would discuss rent breakdown between you two since this room is larger than your future roommate's.
- 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms.
- Washer/dryer in unit
- Parking is free unless you want a reserved spot
- Room will not be furnished, but I'm happy to sell some items to you if you're interested
- Shower and bathtub separate
- Walk-in closet
- 2 bathroom sinks
- Nearly 1800 total square feet
- High ceilings and windows, curtains included!
- Pool and hot tub
- Gym/fitness center
- Free coffee and tea in the apartment lobby
- Lease will be from June 2022-December 2022 with an opportunity to renew
I highly encourage folks who aren't too bothered by sirens, traffic sounds, and the occasional traffic light camera flash (the apartment faces Speer) to apply & take over my lease!

The roommate: is Vietnamese American, nonbinary, and in their late 20s. And a University of Denver alumni as well.
