We have 1 bedroom/bath available in a 3 bed/2.5 bath house. No pets/no smoker. No carpet in the bedrooms and all rooms are upstairs. Huge walk-in closet and own bathroom with tub/shower. Move in as early as May or wait until Aug. 1st. There are washer and dryers in the place too.

Roommates to split utilities & internet. Deposit $900. Utilities will be split by all 3 roommates aprox. $40-50/month depending on internet speed. Water is included in the rent.

Move in date is flexible and we prefer a 1-year lease.
