We are looking for a third roommate to join us at our beautiful beachy bungalow off of Ocean Park Blvd in Santa Monica (1 mile from the beach!). We have a bedroom plus a studio space / office / guest room with two big skylights, four double glass doors (that fully open to the front patio) a mini fridge, TV, washer/dryer (that are shared), and a loft. This space would be incredible for an artist, craftsperson, student, musician (anything that requires open, well-lit creative space!). The studio space comes with a couch (that also pulls out to a bed) and both rooms come with new beds (if wanted). We've been here together for a year and are absolutely in love with the space. There are a variety of plants and fruit trees surrounding the house, a hammock in the backyard and big wooden tables in both the front and the backyards perfect for entertaining, working outside, or unwinding after a beach day. We are so excited to share this beautiful sunny and happy home with a new roommate who can utilize both the spacious studio space and bedroom within the main house. Main house information: 3 bedroom, 1 bath with tub, large kitchen with island and wooden stools, oven, large sink , large dining table, TV, beautiful fireplace and couch. To be noted: this house and studio space come fully furnished!! We are ideally looking for someone who can move into the main house while utilizing the studio space but are open to discussing two friends or individuals who would want to rent each space separately.
