- Great natural light, beautiful hardwood floors, ceiling fan, closet w/shelving for storage, sufficient room for a bed, desk, drawers, unfurnished (we have a solid wood dresser + possibly a desk, for use if needed).

- Renter would share the main bath with myself and one other renter who only uses the shower (they have a bathroom in their room).

- The house is already furnished, so there is no room for extra furniture/personal items within the house.
