Private room/bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Kind senior female is looking for mature, female to share condo with. You will receive private bedroom/bathroom with no rental fee. There is a twin size bed in the bedroom. The building is just a couple of miles from UCLA. The building is secure, with gym, rec room and pool, and has a secure parking space. In return, we ask for help with light cooking and kitchen clean up, 2 market trips per week, and perhaps a ride here and there. Condo owner is in her late 70's, very kind and friendly.
