I am seeking a short-term renter (now April 1st through November 1st, but OK to leave earlier) for the apartment connected to my home. The space has a bedroom loft and living area below with storage, closet, kitchenette, drawers, large desk and chair. Walking distance to CSULB and plenty of curb parking. Apartment has a separate entrance for added privacy. The bathroom is located inside the main home, but the bathroom is private to the renter. Renter will have access to the entire home, which includes full kitchen, laundry, and backyard. Apartment is directly connected to the kitchen. I am a quiet, single, professional female who works Mon-Fri 8-6. I am offering the space at a reduced rate because I will be away for several weeks over the course of spring, summer, and fall and need a renter who will care for my dog during my absences. He is a 2 yr old 20lb poodle mix rescue. He's very anxious around a lot of people but good one and one and is an excellent watch dog for added security.
