This is a newly remodeled 2 bed 1 bath in a very quiet and clean building. All the tenants have lived there for a long time and respect each other. No drama at the building, everyone is really cool! The building has regular gardening service twice a month to keep the grounds clean and the trash picked up. There is a parking spot in the back and it would appear (watch the video) that you can fit 2 cars tandem in the parking spot. There is no washer/dryer on site unfortunately, sorry!
