I am. I could just give you the details of the apartment. It's a 4b/4b with 5 people total that can live here, though there are only 3 people including me here at the moment. There is a kitchen with an island, a gas stove, fridge, microwave and lots of storage space. The room is a private room with a private bathroom. It comes fully furnished with a full size bed, desk, chair and nightstand. The living room and balcony is right outside of my room. The living room comes with a couch and a TV, but it doesn't come with any provider or anything. Parking is $20 or less depending on if you have a covered spot or not(I have one) and the rent is $1156. I'm moving out because I found a better place but HNC is great. There's a gym, a pool, a pool table, a lounge, a package room and multiple study rooms, all of which can all be accessed through the leasing office.
