We're all pretty laid back as long as your respectful of everyone who lives here. I don't mind overnight guests, but definitely not every night.

Access to pool/spa anytime, although heating the pool/spa is not included in rent or utilities. WiFi is included. Driveway or street parking is available, although the garage will be unavailable for parking and storage.
