This is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo in Mission Valley near the stadium. All rooms are located on the second floor with the full bathroom and twin sinks, while there is a 1/2 bathroom on the first floor with the large living room, dining room, and large kitchen. This town home also features a cute outdoor patio and laundry room with washer and dryer. This location also includes 1 covered parking space and 1 uncovered parking space that is shared between all roommates. There's plenty of guest and street parking. The community features two pools, a jacuzzi, plenty of guest parking and two tennis courts.

Looking for 1 roommate. One occupant only please. We respectfully ask that there be no smokers, no drugs, and no pets please. We are two females in our late 20's and 30s, and are students/working professionals. Both of us are vaccinated. As a student, what are you studying? If working too, what do you do?

The bedroom is $650/month and about 10ft by 11ft, unfurnished. Shared bath. It will be available starting in a week or so (cleaning in process). Month-to-month lease but we're looking for someone who wants to stay long-term. Rent also includes water. Other utilities such as electricity, internet and housekeeping services are additional, but bills will be split evenly (avg <$90 per month). Housekeeping services are on an as needed basis but we're keeping things clean and tidy.
