I'm a USC student who is graduating and looking to transfer my lease. SPRING: Jan 2024- End of July 2024. My private room is on the 2nd floor of a 5 bedroom house north of campus on 29th St, about 8 min walk from USC. Rent is $1200/month with a flat-rate utilities fee through the leasing company. The room has amazing lighting and comes with a full bath, with just the shower being shared.

We also have:
- each bedroom and the living room have their own AC unit
- bi-weekly cleaning service (included in the rent)
- in unit washer-dryer
- full kitchen and large living room
- a nice front lawn and patios

I am open to selling my furniture as well, so a fully furnished room is a possibility. I'd be happy to answer any questions!
