Hello! I am a 33 y/o Female looking to rent out my second bedroom/bathroom in a safe and prime location in Sherman Oaks, close to the 405-101 intersection to a professional Woman aged 23-45 who has a full-time occupation or is a student. I am 15-30 minutes from UCLA, CSUN, Pierce College, Kaiser Permanente, WestLA College, sherman oaks/studio city bars, restaurants, mall, and more!

The rent costs $1750/month, including all utilities and amenities such as:
Hulu, Fast Wifi, Water/Power, Central Air/Heat, in-unit Washer/Dryer, Balcony, Pool, Spa, Jacuzzi, Gym, and much more. $1200 deposit is asked as well, for required rental insurance. I also have someone clean the apartment every 2-3 weeks which costs around $150, and we would split the cost of as desired.

**Move-in date would be 9/10/22 or *10/1/22, but the date is flexible.

The kitchen/living/dining room is furnished, all you need to bring is your bed and clothes to fill into the walk-in closet!
