The apartment will have 4 other female UCLA students. The rent for a double is $1375 a month, and a single is around $2700, but willing to negotiate especially for a single! This apartment is a loft in Village Lofts with lots of space and natural light. The apartment is located two blocks from UCLA campus, it has a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, full-sized & in-unit washer/dryer, and many other appliances.
