Looking for someone to take over my lease: June 7th, 2025- August 31st, 2025
- Rent is usually $1150 but I will pay off $150 each month
- Utilities included
- Girls preferred and being a student as well (UVT has a student policy)
- Room: Individual bedroom with private bathroom and fully furnished (bed, closet, etc.)
- Communal furnished kitchen/living room that is shared w/ 3 other people
- Apt Amenities include: Laundry room on same floor, Gym available 24/7, Pool and hot tub outdoors, Wifi, Public lounge, Study Rooms, and Parking garage
- UVT is a 15-20 min walk to UCR campus and there's a bus stop right in front that can take you to campus as well
- University Village is a quick walk as well w/ many restaurants and cafes
- Parking is available for $15-30 a month (depends on what floor) and is added on to the rent
- Pet friendly
