ME: I do creative work from home. I enjoy going out, and also like quiet time in my room and a generally happy home atmosphere. I'm clean, friendly and - current roommate says - easy to live with. I ask for you to be the same and help keep the common areas clean.

THE ROOMMATE: Looking for someone positive and progressive who values a peaceful living situation, good communication and tidy common areas. Please no pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, weapons, dirty dishes left in the sink (unless it's a pan that needs to soak a bit) or romantic overnight guests unless discussed.

Utilities (wi-fi, electricity, water, gas), fridge water/ice filter, and cleaning supplies are a flat $100 a month.

Roommates have lived here happily without cars. Gated, covered, first-floor parking is available for $150 a month.
