Hi! I'm looking to sublet my double spot in our 3 bedroom/1.5bath apartment from Sept 1st to the end of December (dates are flexible) as I'm going to be gone for an internship.

We are looking for a UCLA student/UCLA affiliated persons, or a young working professional. We are looking for a subletter that is respectful of the other roommate's lifestyles (UCLA students who need to study, but also like to have fun and enjoy college) and open to communicating with the other roommates.

You would be living in the double with another girl along with three other girls (all super sweet and respectful :))

This apartment is VERY spacious (1088 sq ft) and close to UCLA campus(10-15min walk), Westwood, and the freeways. Apartment comes furnished with a twin sized bed, desk, chair, dining table, dining chairs, couch, and a flat screen TV. Kitchen includes a new fridge and microwave. Completely new hardwood floors and a clean place to live! There is also a parking spot available. It would be $1000/month + utilities but **very negotiable**!
