The Apartment has a convenient location. It is very close to restaurants, markets and shopping malls. It takes 5-10 min to go to UCLA Extension by car and there is also UCLA shuttle is next to this location. For Santa Monica College it takes 30 minutes by bus. All utilities are included to the price. i also have a cleaning team that cleans Apartment unit every month 1 time. It is fully furnished apartment. The apartment has TV, WI-FI, laundry room in the building. There is also Jacuzzi top and gym . It is a very secured area. If you have any issue in the apartment, maintenance team will take care of it as soon as possible.
