My son is graduating at the end of winter quarter. The Colleges at La Rue is right across campus, making it a 5 minute walk away from the university! The single provate room is in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. You will be living with 3 other people who are all males.
It is a single private bedroom, and you will be sharing a bathroom with one male. The rent for the room is $1050 a month. Rent negotiable.
