Walk or ride a bike to campus. We are in Old East Davis about a 11 minute walk/5 minute bike to the campus. You don't need a car. Occasional overnight guests okay. This is a restored craftsman house and a great place to live. The location is perfect to campus. It's about a four minute bike ride to edge of campus. It close enough to walk to campus, which we do with the dog. We are a 2 minute walk to downtown and a five minute walk to the COOP Grocery.

The room is available Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Rent is $963 (includes utilities, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple+). Plus, rent includes maid cleaning services every two weeks! Central AC and heating. In-house washer and dryer.

Medium master bedroom, with large windows with up/down blackout shades, plus a private entrance. Wood pine floors and your own bathroom. The room is very private and the nicest room in the house. The room has a private entrance off to its own side of the house.

The room is available because a long term roommate, here for three years, is graduating and returning to the bay area. Most people stay a while, its nice. I am a professional in IT with a 4 1/2 friendly boy. Wir knnen auch deutsch.

The house has refinished wood floors that look great. There is a separate living room, and dining room (sometime study hall). You'll have use of the whole house. There is a separate living room, and dining room. House has three porches and are great places to hang out.

We are a respectful group. Non-smoking, you can smoke outside of course. We are friendly, social, and easy going, looking for similar traits in a housemate.

Would prefer a student, (mainly just a nice responsible someone). House size is 1,640 sq. ft with lots of windows.
