ABOUT THE HOUSE
Spacious, 4,000 sqft 15-year-old, 5 bed 4 full baths and 1/2 bathroom. Three full bathrooms are inside the rooms, one bathroom is next to the room. High ceilings overlooking mountains. There is secure parking on the street. The house is a 5miles and 10 minutes or less drive from UC Berkeley campus and 2 minutes from the town Montclair. The house is close to Rockridge Bart about 3 minutes from the car. To drive to SF, it takes around 30 minutes without traffic.

ABOUT THE ROOM: big windows. Single occupancy only. All Utilities and Wifi including. Big half bathroom. only share shower with another male tenant.

There is a shared laundry machine and kitchen.
this year tenant are UC Berkeley males quiet students in this house. no smoking. No Party, No drunk, and No drug.
