I have a furnished room available for rent in Woodbridge Irvine @5 miles from UCI campus. Room is available to UCI student preferably female. I am a friendly older female with a cat who lives in the property. The house is a two bedroom two bath.You will have your own bedroom and bathroom.
I have had other UCI students live with me in the past and have enjoyed seeing their progress too graduation. I prefer a student who is focused on their studies and appreciates a quiet clean home.
Kitchen available for light use.
No other pets allowed. Also no overnight guests. There are pools available in the immediate area and plenty of parking.
