Hi, I live in a beautiful one bedroom one bath apartment in Westview Apartments, one of the Irvine Company apartments properties. I have a loft upstairs that would be great for students to read because not only would you have all of the amenities including a business center gym yoga studio and two Olympic size pool with spa to share, but there are other bathrooms and amenities on the property that would capitalize on the location, so conveniently located to UC Irvine. I'm asking $900 for the room! I am a professional woman in my 30s and I work from home but spend a lot of time at the office as well. Let me know if you're interested in seeing the space
