The house has a safe convenient location in Inner Richmond. We're two blocks from Golden Gate Park and have easy access to many major bus lines (the 31/31AX/31BX stops at the end of our block, the 5 and 38/38L are about five minutes away, and the 1, 2, 3, and 28 are roughly ten minutes distant). We're close to many great fresh produce markets and restaurants.

Washer/dryer are free of charge. Landlord pays for garbage.
