When you enter the front door you have the living room to your left and the kitchen and dining room is straight ahead. The kitchen has laminate floors and includes a stove and laundry hookups. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to help circulate the air and good-sized closets. There is a wall heater in the hallway. Off the dining room, there is a slider for access to the backyard that is fully fenced. We welcome pets with an additional $50 per month added to the rent. A 1 year lease is required. Liability insurance is required, although renter's insurance is recommended.
