Summer sublet available at Break Pointe Coronado. Very nice spot with all the amenities. My son has been there 2 years and lived it but wants a change for his senior year. We have July, August and half of Sept available

The unit has 2 doubles with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. All furnished of course. We also have a parking spot!!! Looking for $1200 per student but negotiable so please reach out.
