The rent due each month is $1,150 total, $1,075/month for rent and $75/month for utilities that include: gas, electric, water, sewer, trash. A GPA discount is available if the student can submit proof showing 12+ units and a GPA of 3.0-4.0. The cost of cable/internet service is separate and is split between roommates.

Valencia Student Apartments is located about one mile from Cal Poly SLO and is about a 25-minute walk to campus. Bus service is also located nearby.

The available bedroom is on the first floor and is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and a dresser. The apartment has a kitchen, living area, 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 more bedrooms upstairs. The living area is furnished with a sofa, chair, coffee table and 3 barstools. The apartment complex has a pool, fitness center, coin-operated laundry, study center, computer lab, BBQ pits, a game room & movie theater. My current apartment mates are both easy-going, good guys; one is a junior and the other is a senior.

I have a reserved, uncovered parking space at Valencia that is available for purchase ($600) if you are interested.
