I am the landlord and my daughter lives in the property. She is a student and other students are welcome. There is a dog living there, but no other pets are allowed. In regard to parking, among the three rooms mentioned here there is one space in the garage, and one parking pass for parking within the development. Use of these spaces would be coordinated by the occupants of these three rooms so if all have cars, at any time one would be parking on the street.
