Included are two designated parking spots on site and plenty of off street parking. Access to community swimming pool and clubhouse. Laundry room on property. Property is located 2 blocks away from the Sinsheimer School, Park and Sports Center.

Please be advised the loft area in the unit is off limits to the tenants.

12-Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property except for trash.
