This is a furnished room in a 2nd story 4 bedroom Victorian. The room is medium sized (13' X 12' with high ceilings) with large closet. It includes a queen sized bed, dresser, small couch, TV on wall, shelfing unit, and bedding if needed.
This is a month to month sublet for a room rental, with use of kitchen, for 3 months to 2 years depending on your needs. Location is perfect for a student with a cafe, grocery store, Golden Gate Park and bus lines within a block away. Neighborhood is friendly and safe, and there is still street parking available if you have a car. Its within walking distance to USF.
The rent is $1100 a month which includes all utilities including cable Wifi and Direct TV with premium channels. The deposit is $1000 which will be returned to you when you leave barring any damage or unpaid rent.
