Hi all,
I am the house owner and would like to share rooms of my house which is 1.5 mile away from UCR (University neighborhood - Maricopa Dr which is near to Box Spring mountain - enjoy your hiking ).
The house is almost 2200 sqft with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Rooms for share will be furnished with brand new bed, new mattress & new study desk.
Price for each room is $880/ month with all utilities included. I will hire cleaning service for common area (bathrooms & kitchen) once per week. I will also provide a storage shed in backyard for you to store things (if needed).
