I am looking for someone to take over my lease at University Village Towers female students only in Riverside ASAP until August 2023 (You can also renew it for the next year). It is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom fully furnished apartment. You'll have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. There are 3 other sweet girls (UCR students) living in the apartment. The apartment is quiet, clean and maintained well.

The rent is $835 per month all utilities included(+$15 for renters's insurance)! (This is a special price as the current price offered by UVT is $1000 and they are booked until sep'23)

It's a 10 min walk to the school and there's also a bus stop right in front of the building. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby at the University Village. There's also an Indian store and Stater Bros market within 0.5 miles.
