I have four rooms to rent in a quiet, and safe section of downtown Riverside. You will find yourself within walking distance to the Convention Center, Downtown dining and night life, Fairmount Park and hiking on Mt. Rubidoux. This location is a short drive to RIverside Community College and UC Riverside. All common areas are available for your use to include the kitchen, living room and dining room. The room comes with plenty of space, closet space and a shared resort like bathroom. The actual cost for rent will depend on the room. We have some larger rooms that have a separate area for studying, relaxing or extra storage. Parking is street parking only. Rooms are unfurnished. If you want a nice, quiet and safe environment to live, study and enjoy your free time, this is the place. The owners are friendly, kind and considerate!
