* Lease holders must provide proof of income 2.5 times the monthly rent (gross)
* Proof of income (Last 4 pay stubs/proof of income for past 2 months and/or offer letter & bank records)
* Completed online application for Credit/background screening
* Government issued ID

At Move-In:
* Proof of Renter’s Insurance ($100,000 liability required)
* Proof of set-up gas/elec account
*First month rent and deposit in form of Cashier’s Check or Money Order (if move-in is on or after the15th the pro-rate and first full month is due at move-in)

Pets
Pet deposit is $500 and there is a $50 per pet, per month fee. Maximum 2 pets.
