We are 2 MALE ucla graduate students looking for someone to take over a Private Room in a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. The room comes with 1 tandem-parking spot on site and the bathroom is to be shared with 1 other person. Utilities (internet + electricity) will be split 3 ways and water is paid by the landlord. Washer and dryer are on site. The apartment is conveniently located near Venice and Overland and is across the street from Ralphs, and various restaurants. It is about a 5 min walk to the big blue bus, culver city bus, and metro lines.
We are 2 laid back guys looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, and clean. No smokers and no pets allowed.
You MUST be able to pass a CREDIT & BACKGROUND CHECK.
