Encinitas is located within Southern California, it is approximately 25 miles north of San Diego in North County minutes to the beach. Our costal community is located near old Hwy 101, half a block to the city park, close to restaurants, fresh produce market, easy access to the freeways.
Our apartment home has two full bathrooms, electric stove, patio, fridge, in-unit laundry, 1 reserved parking and one single car garage.
