Two comfortable bedrooms (queen bed in one and double bed in the other), plus a very comfortable queen size sofa bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress in the living room area. Spend your evenings enjoying the beach air on your private pergola deck with custom sunshades. The kitchen and dining area are all newly remodeled and fully furnished. One assigned parking spot in front of the property. The property boasts central air conditioning, WIFI and TVs in each bedroom and in main living area, all with cable. Hot water on demand, beach chairs, towels and some beach toys are available for your use. No pets. No smoking. $3,300 per month during high season (May thru September). $2,900 per month (October thru April). 30 day minimum rental period is required. $250 cleaning fee and $45 application fee applies to each stay.
