Lovely, attached granny unit in great location convenient to Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park and Glen Ellen - Spacious, attached, granny unit in wonderful Bennett Valley location

5 minutes to BV Golf course, 10 minutes to Rohnert Park and 15 minutes to Glen Ellen -- a central location to all 3.

Do not go on the property without an appointment.

Due to COVID19 pandemic, interested parties will need to go through an email pre screening process prior to setting an appointment to see the property in person.

This granny unit has a large living room with huge windows overlooking a pasture, fireplace, a nice kitchen, a half bath for guests, and an ensuite bath with step in shower in the bedroom. There is no bathtub.

There is a semi private deck area and a one car detached carport for parking. There is no fenced yard for this unit- so no dogs will be permitted. No more than 2 cars will be permitted due to parking configurations. Tenant will not have access to the surrounding property -- just the large deck outside the granny unit.

The granny unit has its own entrance but is attached to the main home (which will be tenant occupied) and there is also a third unit on the property.

The property is accessed up a shared, semi private, fenced, driveway.

One cat may be permitted, but this is a country setting with wildlife that roams and there are dogs on the property already. This unit does not have a fenced yard -- just the deck area.

The granny unit has washer and dryer hookups located in the bedroom closet, but you must provide your own machines.

This home is on a well and septic system - so no expenses there. Utilities are shared and split on a formula by square footage and will be billed to tenant monthly. Tenant pays for their own garbage service, cable, internet, and phone. Prior tenants used Comcast for internet and TV.

Showings will begin on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
