Renting a bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beautiful house in El Cerrito, across from the High School and walking distance to the Plaza. Commute to downtown Berkeley by Bart is only a few minutes.
The house has a large fenced backyard with a hot tub and beautiful landscaping. New kitchen, all new appliances, modern interior design.

Who lives in the house?
The owner (a 63 year old man, very healthy and young spirited) lives in the house with a small dog Roxy. Roxy is 13 pounds, super sweet and easy going. Not a barker.
One bedroom is currently rented out to an Italian 23 years old graduate student who is in the US thru December to experience life in California and improve her English. Once she leaves, we will look for a new tenant for that room also.
The third room has a closet, 6 drawer dresser, bookshelf, full size bed, desktop, and gaming chair. The students will share a bathroom.

Street parking is easy on most days (unless the high school has major events), in which case there is a 3 car driveway, so parking is not a concern.

All utilities are included, and if we notice a huge spike in any bills (PG&E or EBMUD) we will discuss with the tenants.
