The den has sliding doors that lead out to the rear yard/patio area and fireplace that is the centerpiece for the TV and media storage.

Just up the stairs, you will find the eat-in dining area which also has sliding doors to a balcony and built-in cabinets. Spacious stocked kitchen has a breakfast island, plenty of cabinets for storage and wine fridge.
