Hello! We are 3 female college roommates looking for 4th female college roommate to share the Master Suite in our condo. Our condo is only 3 years old and is in a gated community near shopping/restaurants/services and the 101. We are friendly, respectful and fun to hang out with!!
The monthly rent is $900. Utilities are extra and will be split equally amongst all the roommates. The condo has fully furnished common areas, a fully stocked kitchen (you provide your own food), interior laundry, security, parking.
Condo will be ready to move into in January! Taking applications now!
Please note: the room that is currently available is the master suite/master bath/walk-in closet. This is a double occupancy room (rent for this room is $900/person/double occupancy).
We are currently looking for 1 roommate who is willing to share the master suite.
This is a perfect living situation for a student from Ventura College, Oxnard College, CSUCI.
