- Room is on luxury 8th floor (top floor, high ceilings) with easy access to multiple roof-top balconies/lounges with stunning views of downtown.
- Gyms, business center (with printers), multiple laundry rooms all on site.
- Covered and secured parking structure attached with optional assigned parking spot
- Easy walking distance to The Village, Trader Joe's, Target, USC campus
- Ground floor restaurants, retail, CVS
