-The location will be available as soon as possible until the end of August/beginning of September (timing can be negotiated)

-Laundry is right next door to the apartment; the trash chute is down the hall

-bed and desk is also available on the spot
-Preference to UCLA students; students from other colleges are also welcome to reach out
