We have a 2-badroom-2-bathroom apartment available for students. One of the rooms is available from early July to mid September, the other from the 23rd of June to mid September. You can also get one of the rooms, but you will be prioritized if you bring another student who can get the other room.
The rent is $1500 per person per month.
You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
What we expect:
-You must be a stuent.
-You must pay the rent on time. (Preferably in one lump sum.)
-You must take the room(s) for the whole period (at least two months)
What we offer:
-Fully furnished rooms including kitchen appliances (bowls, glasses, plates, cooking appliances etc.), bedding (pillows, sheets, towels etc.).
-All utilities included in the price
-Very close to UCLA (5-10 minutes walking)
