Hello everyone

We have a room opened for February and are looking for a roommate! We own a 5 bedroom and 2 bath house in Marina. We have our second largest room available for $850/month plus utilities (water, pg&e, wifi, and trash). The room is on the farther end of the house so you won't have and wall-to-wall roomates. We live less than 10 mins from csumb and near the high way. We have drive way/street parking and have space for storage in our garage if needed as well as a washer/dryer. Only myself and my boyfriend are living here with just one other roommate. We are hoping to find a new roomate that is clean and easy going :)
