1066 #15: This is a beautiful, smaller & more affordable unit, approximately 1,300 square feet, located upstairs from the main hallway in 1066. It has carpeted floors, a larger bathroom, luxury vinyl flooring in the kitchen, and recently new cabinets in the kitchen.


We have other large loft spaces currently available at 47th Avenue Studios, aka The Boise! on 47th Avenue in Oakland. All spaces include access to secure off-street parking, laundry room with coin-operated washers & dryers, an outdoor bbq area and a large, shared garden. Our building is located less than a mile from the Fruitvale Bart Station with easy access to Hwy 880 and just a few minutes by bike or car from Alameda.

Please note that the spaces at 47th Avenue Studios are excellent for live/work lifestyle but are not suitable for band rehearsal or other sound-intensive use, and cannabis growers/businesses are prohibited.

All units' common area fee is $108 per month. Move-in with a month of rent and a security deposit.
